Our commitment to excellence ensures that we not only meet today’s needs but also shape a more sustainable future. By continuously innovating and improving, we remain at the forefront of the circular economy—turning waste into value and driving measurable impact.
TRC has defined its business activities around five values such as: Honor, Intelligence, Leadership, Teamwork and Innovation. They constitute the guiding principles for all companies belonging to the TRC Group and for our people.
Our values are expressed in the actions we take, , but not limited to, recognizing employees, supporting local community charities, and making and delivering the highest quality products and services to customers in all areas in which we operate.
Our core values require all employees to act ethically and with integrity in everything they do. To operate ethically and with integrity, it is necessary to state the TRC Group’s expectations. The Code of Conduct was created based on our core values and sets forth expected standards of behavior. We want our employees to feel comfortable approaching the appropriate supervisor or management in cases where we believe violations of policies or regarding standards of conduct have occurred. For any situation where an employee, customer, vendor, consultant, or community member prefers to make an anonymous and confidential report, we have established a hotline hosted by a third-party vendor, EthicsPoint. We encourage the submission of reports regarding violations of the Code of Conduct.
Doing business the right way, complying with local laws, and acting with ethics and integrity benefits TRC, its employees, customers, suppliers, partners, and the community, and is critical to continued success. That is why it is so important to make the right decisions, based on these core values, every day.
I want to personally welcome you to the TRC family. Our people are the most important capital we have, and as we collectively pursue our purpose and ambition, we will be profitable because of all of you. I hope you share our mission, vision, and values, and that you will help us translate them into concrete actions on a daily basis, committing to achieving great results for our customers and our environment.
