Through the dedicated software, it is possible to manage all the production parameters and set up an automatic continuous production cycle. The machine is equipped with two sliding base plates, a pressing punch and is compatible with the entire range of Salvadori’s moulds.

Description

In the process of articles moulding, the mixer is the unit responsible of creating the best possible mixture of rubber granulate, binder, color and water. All our mixers are PLC controlled: this allows for the components to be mixed in accurate quantities according to the selected recipe. The system can adapt to the different customer moulding requirements. Two main sizes available (mixer Batch 15 & mixer Batch 25). Other mixer dimensions available on request.

In just one step, it more than triplicates the value of black rubber granule. Traditional applications are the use as infills in artificial turf and the in situ installation of playground flooring. Description

Designed to complete the product line dedicated to flooring manufacturers, this automatic drilling machine allows the preparation of flooring for the insertion of junction plugs. The paving is placed on a rotating table and the machine autonomously drills into the four sides of the tile at the centre distance set by the user.
